Custom File/Order Policy

At AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, we value transparency and professionalism in all custom CNC file orders. This Custom File/Order Policy outlines the terms governing the design, development, approval, and delivery of customized CNC files for our clients. By placing a custom order with AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Advance Payment & Order Confirmation

  • A minimum of 50% advance payment of the total agreed project cost is required to initiate any custom CNC file design.

     

  • The remaining 50% balance shall be payable only after the Client’s preliminary approval of the final design (shared in the form of a non-editable preview image or proof). Upon receipt of the final payment, AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will transfer the completed CNC file to the Client.

     

Work on the project will commence only after the advance payment has been received.

2. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines will vary depending on the complexity, specifications, and requirements of the Client’s order.

     

  • AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall communicate the estimated completion timeline to the Client prior to receiving the advance payment.

     

  • While AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed timeline, unforeseen delays (technical, operational, or otherwise) may occur. In such cases, the Client will be notified promptly.

3. Revisions Policy

  • Each custom file order includes up to three (3) complimentary revisions.

  • Any revisions beyond this limit shall be subject to additional charges, communicated transparently before work continues.

  • Revisions shall only apply to modifications in design and formatting. Major structural or conceptual changes requested by the Client after initial approval may be treated as a new order.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The completed CNC file and design shall be jointly recognized as intellectual property, where both the Client and AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED retain rights:

  • The Client shall have the right to use the file exclusively for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.
  • AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to retain a copy of the file for internal records, portfolio display, and future references (unless expressly restricted by written agreement).

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds are generally not applicable once a custom order has been initiated and work has commenced.

     

  • In exceptional cases where a Client cancels the order before AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED has begun work (e.g., within one (1) hour of order placement), a full or partial refund may be considered at AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED’s sole discretion.

     

  • If significant progress has been made on the file, refunds will not be granted.

6. Communication & Coordination

  • Communication regarding custom orders may take place via the AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED website, email, WhatsApp, or physical meetings, depending on mutual convenience.

     

  • AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ensures that all official commitments and confirmations will be documented in writing (via digital or physical means) for transparency.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By placing a custom CNC file order with Al Rizwan CNC, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Custom File/Order Policy.
