Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy governs the circumstances under which AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED may provide file exchanges or modifications for its digital CNC products and custom file creation services. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. General Rule

Due to the digital nature of our products, AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED does not generally offer exchanges. However, in certain technical or compatibility-related situations, exchanges or modifications may be considered as outlined below.

2. Eligible Exchange Scenarios

An exchange may be provided in the following cases:

  1. File Format Adjustment:

     

    • If a client requires the delivered design file in a different format (e.g., DXF, STL, DWG, etc.) for compatibility with their software or CNC machine.

       

  2. File Corruption Issues:

     

    • If the delivered file is corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be accessed due to a verifiable technical fault.

       

  3. Tool Path / Machine Compatibility:

     

    • If the G-code or tool path provided does not align with the specific CNC machine’s technology, configuration, or requirements, AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED may provide adjusted files, subject to technical feasibility

3. Conditions and Limitations

  • Clients must notify AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED promptly and provide sufficient details (machine type, software used, error screenshots/logs, etc.) to verify the issue.
  • Exchanges will only be provided for the same order; they cannot be substituted for different products or services.
  • AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will make reasonable efforts to resolve compatibility issues, but does not guarantee suitability for every third-party machine or software unless prior specifications were clearly communicated in writing.
  • AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the issue arises due to incomplete or incorrect client-provided specifications.

4. Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • Files requested in additional or alternative designs beyond the original order will not be treated as “exchanges” and may require a new paid order.

  • Misuse, alteration, or modification of the file by the client or third parties voids the eligibility for exchange.

  • Exchanges are not applicable if the file has already been successfully used as delivered.

5. Policy Enforcement

All exchange requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The final decision rests solely with AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED.
