  • Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or your financial institution.

3. Exceptions

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible.

  • No other limitations or exceptions apply within the valid refund window.
