1. Scope of Services

 AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides CNC-related products, design services, and custom file creation solutions. Specific service descriptions may vary by order, quotation, or project agreement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information when placing orders or submitting files.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing or via our official website.

     

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

     

  •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Custom File Creation Services

When clients engage  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for custom CNC file creation services, the following conditions apply:

  • Client Responsibility: The client must provide accurate and complete specifications, drawings, or materials required for file creation.

     

  • Ownership of Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in client-provided files and final custom files remain the property of the client.  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED does not claim ownership.

     

  • Usage by  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED: Files will be used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the client’s order.

     

  • Confidentiality: All custom file data is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the service (under strict confidentiality agreements).

     

  • Storage & Retention:  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED may securely retain files for record-keeping, quality assurance, and after-sales support. Clients may request deletion in writing.

     

  • Prohibited Use:  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will not sell, reproduce, or distribute custom files without the client’s written consent.

5. Delivery and Timelines

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project scope.

     

  •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranties and Limitations

  •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

     

  • No guarantee is made that custom files will be compatible with third-party software, systems, or hardware unless explicitly confirmed.

     

  •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect client-provided specifications or misuse of files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or files.

       

    • Direct liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in dispute.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

 AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED handles all personal and file-related data in accordance with its official Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Where services involve third-party tools, subcontractors, or integrations,  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for failures or issues caused by such third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Compliance with Laws

Clients agree that any files, specifications, or materials provided to  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED do not violate applicable laws, including intellectual property, data protection, or export control regulations.

11. Termination of Services

  •  AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms.

     

  • Upon termination, any outstanding obligations (including payments) remain enforceable.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Amendments

 AL RIZWAN CNC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our official website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
